Hi! I’m Maya, a Brooklyn-based animator and recent graduate of the School of Visual Arts. I love live music, anything green, and silly guys who wear silly hats. Music videos, horror, and knit sweaters are my current sources of inspiration as an artist.
While animation is my primary focus, I enjoy working in traditional mediums as well, like painting and fiber art. Throughout college I’ve gained hands-on knowledge across the animation pipeline, with a particular love for background design and visual development.
I am excited to continue improving my skills and collaborating with other artists to create unique, playful work! I am actively seeking entry-level positions in animation.
